Major radiological findings in penetrating thoracic trauma are pneumothorax, hemothorax, hemopneumothorax. Pulmonary artery injuries see very rare without pneumothorax, hemothorax or hemopneumothorax. In our study, we aimed to share the left lower lobe pulmonary artery injury that is not accompanied by pneumothorax and hemothorax brought to the emergency due to firearm injury.
