A 10-year-old man was complaints of pain, swelling and limited range of motion in the left elbow after fall from high down, his elbow's draw roentgenograms showed a fractures of proximal third of the ulna with lateral angulation at the fracture site and with lateral dislocation of the radial head (Bado tip III) and fracture of the capitellium. In that emergency, under the general anesthesia fractures of the ulna and discolation of the radial head reduced with closed manipulate as capitellium fractures was indirect reduction. The ulna and radius determined with percutaneous kirschner wire fixation and then a long-arm cast was applied with the elbow at suitable position. The kirschner wires of the radial neck and cast were removed at the fourth weeks and the fonction of the arm was excellent. The kirschner wires was removed on ulna at sixth weeks. Postoperative elbow fonction was normally in fourth year. On the radiologacial of the radial head was full anatomic position and union ulna and capitellium were suitable for anatomic position.©2008, Firat University, Medical Faculty.
