Epidermoid kistler testiste nadir rastlanan benign tümörler olup, malign testiküler tümörlerden ayırıcı tanısı zordur. Özellikle teratomlardan malignite potansiyeli olması nedeni ile ayırımı daha da önemlidir. Olgumuz sağ testiste 1.5 cm çapında ağrısız kitle yakınması ile başvuran 25 yaşındaki bekar bir hastadır. Orşiektomi sonrası histopatolojik olarak epidermoid kist tanısı konuldu. Bu olgu sunumunda nadir bir testiküler kitle nedeni olan epidermoid kist olgusunun tanısı, histopatolojik inceleme ve tedavi seçenekleri literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.
Epidermoid cyst of the testis is rare benign tumor, and its differential diagnosis from malign testicular tumors is difficult. Correct diagnosis of teratomas is especially important because of their malignant potential. We presented a 25-years old man with a painless right testicular mass of 1.5 cm size. The lesion was diagnosed as epidermoid cyst after histopathologic examination and treatment options of epidermoid cyst which is a rare reason of testicular tumor was presented and discussed through the literature.
