This study presents three cases of the uncommon condition of uterine prolapse in pregnancy. Total uterine prolapse (POP Q Stage 4) is observed in all three of our cases.

According to our findings; vaginal pessary can be considered as a simple, non-invasive alternative to cervical cerclage in patients who can tolerate this treatment. On the other hand, conservative treatment with hydroxyprogesterone caproate and dexpanthenol cream may be an effective treatment option.

Our study suggests that the management of pregnant women with uterine prolapse should be evaluated individually. We believe that our study makes a significant contribution to the literature because it highlights the effectiveness of conservative management.
