Meckel\'s diverticulum (MD) is the most common congenital anomaly of the gastrointestinal tract. However, torsion of MD is very rare. MD can be misdiagnosed just by physical examination and imaging methods. Delayed treatment increases the risk of morbidity and mortality. In this study, we aimed to present a case of early diagnosed ‘axial torsionated MD associated with mesodiverticular band’ which was evaluated with the guidance of literature.
