Despite brachydactyly is a congenital anomaly, it also is associated with trauma or certain metabolic diseases rarely. It is very difficult to make a
classification of this anomaly because of the existence of many different radiographic appearances. Brachydactyly type C is inherited as an autosomal
dominant trait and shows wide phenotypic variations. Although there are great varieties between cases, hands are almost always affected. Here, we
present a case of barcydactyly type-C diagnosed with radiographic findings in 18 year-old male patient who had involvements at hands and feet and
discuss this phenomenon under the light of current literature.
