Displaced fractures of the both-bone forearm in children are often treated conservatively, but there is a relatively high incidence of malunion. We used a new closed osteoclasis technique by assistance of intramedullary K-wires and fracture fixated with intramedullary K-wires in two children with both-bone forearm distal diaphyseal malunions which determined in early period. K-wires were extracted within the 1 month. At the last follow-up, there was no problem in fracture union and forearm function. This new osteoclasia technique can be safely used in both-bone forearm malunions of children which diagnosed in early period.
