Tubular ectasia of the rete testis (RTTE), known as cyctic dilatation of rete testis, is a rare, nonneoplastic entity. Dıffarential diagnosis of RTTE from bening testis tumors which are only %5 of testis tumor can play an important role to avoid unneccary operations. Neoplastic diseases of testis are differantiated from this beningn lesion of testis with tumor marker level, characteristic USG dopler or dopler findings. A 57 year old patient, with scrotal pain, who was evaluated with USG dopler and MRI was presented as RTTE in this case report.
