Lipomas are benign soft tissue tumors which are mostly found in the region of back, shoulder and neck. Parotid gland lipoma is a non-epithelial tumor rarely found in salivary gland. Lipomas caused by deep lobe of parotid gland are found much more rarely. Because of the rarity of their occurrence, they are not considered in the differential diagnosis, so surgical treatment of them is controversial. In this study, we present a gland lipoma phenomena extending to parapharyngeal region which is caused by the deep lobe of parotid gland and was operated four times in different times.
